He is amongst one of the world's best skiers. His agility, fluidity and unique line choices makes him one of my favorite skiers to watch. During the early months of 2018 we had the pleasure to make the following short edits.
A little about Yann
After a couple of years on the Freeride World Qualifiers he made it into the Freeride World Tour in the winter of 2017/18. Very good and consistent scores among the first competitions of the Tour earned him his place for the finals in Verbier.
He did not fail to impress with a new line on the Bec des Rosses earning him a 5th place.
Besides being one of the best freeride skiers in the world, he pursues a Masters degree in Physics at the EPFL in Lausanne. How he combines his professional skiing career with one of the toughest academic degrees remains a wonder to my mind.
